Our floor is made of a steel structure. The project was developed by the qualified technical department of our Steel Structures Factory ALEHALE.pl. All steel elements are galvanized, so we can boast a floor durability of at least 20 years. It was secured from the bottom with a 0.7 mm trapezoidal sheet. It has a minimum of 10 cm of mineral wool insulation on the chassis above the wheels and 20 cm on the structure for the crane.

The construction of the walls in our facilities is made of KVH C24 construction timber, with a cross-section of min. 10 cm. Insulation of the walls is a minimum of 10 cm of mineral wool in a summer house, and 15 cm of wool in a year-round house. Our technology also includes wall insulation with a foam board, covered on both sides with aluminum foil, thanks to which we can obtain a heat transfer coefficient that meets the requirements in accordance with WT 2021.
